Especially in the historic downtown area, Chandler is home to some incredible drinking and dining options. If you’re looking for a fun night out, San Tan Brewery has amazing local beers on tap. Some great examples of our unique dining options include The Hidden House and The Perch Brewery. The Hidden House is an intimate 1939 cottage, thoughtfully restored and converted into one of the city’s most beautiful restaurants. The Perch, on the other hand, is a multilevel restaurant and bar with countless exotic birds to keep you company during a delicious meal.

Located just 26.2 miles southeast of Phoenix City Hall, Chandler is one of the most convenient places to live in the Greater Phoenix Area.

Chandler City History:
All the way back in 1891, Dr. Alexander John Chandler, the first veterinary surgeon in the Arizona territory, settled on a ranch just south of Mesa. By 1900, he had acquired a staggering 18,000 acres of land. This was the beginning of what was then known as Chandler Ranch. Since then, the City of Chandler has become one of the fastest-growing municipalities in the country.
